Ron and Cindy Overlease have been in the funeral business for over thirty years. Ron began his career in the funeral business in Hutchinson and later Lawrence before moving to Rooks County where he met Cindy Axelson. They have been married for over 20 years. Cindy was the owner of the Cutting Edge hair studio in Stockton. They had been in Rooks County, Kansas for 16 years until having the opportunity to purchase the Martin-Becker-Carlson Funeral Home in 2012. A year later they welcomed their nephew Aaron Overlease to join them.
